Tallin Madill is the Manager of Managed Security Services at CYBERWELL, where heleads the Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Detection and Response(MDR), and Threat Intelligence teams, while also expanding work with the ManagedNetworks Services (MNS). He focuses on optimizing workflows, refining detectionand threat intelligence capabilities, and ensuring clear, effective communicationbetween teams and clients to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. Before cybersecurity, Tallin worked as a First Officer for a Canadian regional airline,where he developed strong skills in precision, situational awareness, and decisiveaction under pressure—qualities that now guide his leadership in security operations. Outside of work, Tallin is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys fishing, hiking, hockey,and exploring the wilderness. He brings the same energy, curiosity, and drive forcontinuous improvement to everything he does.
